When you feel stressed or anxious throughout the day, stop what you’re doing. Find a quiet place to yourself. Close your eyes, listen to the sounds we’ve created, & start breathing.
Some of you might not be able to follow along right away, but with practice you eventually will! The key is to breathe fully, deeply, and slowly.
As you inhale, let your stomach expand and fill your lungs with air. Hold for 4 seconds. Then exhale through your mouth and let your lungs contract as you let the air out.

In our previous blog post “How to Create an Empowered Morning Routine,” we shared a step by step method of how to build your own morning ritual. A morning routine sets the foundation of your entire day and working on your mindset is essential. The morning is a special time for us to be with ourselves, reflect within ourselves, and simply be present to the peaceful silence of the morning.
Here’s a mindful morning routine checklist that you can also download and save it on your phone, here.
I am grateful for this day. It is mine to make good choices; to be kind to myself and to others; and to create the life I always wanted.
Today, everything will work out. I will move through my day appreciating all things I have, while keeping a positive attitude.
I am a magnet of opportunity and will prosper doing only what I love.
I am worthy of the abundance of life’s blessings and am grateful for each and every one.
Today I am strong and confident and I know that I am capable of making the choices that will benefit me and my life because I deserve to be happy, successful, and emotionally fulfilled.
I let the events of yesterday go. I forgive myself and others for any mistakes that were made. I am ready to start fresh with a new day today.
I am in charge of my happiness. I will not let anything outside of myself control me.
I am in a state of fulfillment, have abundant love and joy in my life and am free to do whatever I wish to do.
I accept all blessings, opportunities, wealth, goodness, love, prosperity and light int my life.
A morning routine is the perfect time to intentionally invest time in yourself to overcoming anxiety before all of your other demands start creeping in. Following a new routine can be very calming and a strong one will set you up for a more productive day. No matter how shitty yesterday was or how much you have to do today, your morning routine is your daily constant. It’s something that becomes your own ritual that is yours and yours only.
BUILD YOUR OWN MORNING RITUAL
List out your morning habits that you already do and want to add in
Organize them in an order that fits your liking & set specific blocks of time for you to complete them
Write it down in your phone or in your journal. You can even set alarms in your phone to remind you what to do next.
Now practice your morning routine every day until it becomes second nature to you.
